Stock for all outstanding orders has now been released by our manufacturer and is officially on the way to the USA. If you currently have an order with us, your batch is on the way.

The shipment takes about 30 days by sea, then roughly 2 to 5 days from our 3PL to your door.

The first 600 orders are expected by September 30, and the remaining outstanding orders are expected by October 9.

We know you wanted this sooner, and we are sorry for the disappointment. We are also incredibly excited to finally serve your orders and get Carbon into your hands. We promise it will be worth the wait.

You will still receive your points and store credits in the coming weeks as a thank-you for your patience.

We finally have a breakthrough.

With help from a lender, we were able to release 1,300 bags from our manufacturer, and they are officially on the way to our 3PL warehouse. This is enough inventory to fulfill approximately the first 600 outstanding orders, since many orders contain multiple bags.

We expect this shipment to reach our fulfillment warehouse in roughly 5-6 weeks, where orders will begin shipping directly to customers in the USA and arrive in 2-5 days.

We know our dates keep slipping and slipping due to unforeseen circumstances, but your patience has really helped us get to this point. Thank you for continuing to stick with us.

For the next roughly 600 orders, we are actively working on releasing enough additional inventory. We cannot give a firm date yet, but our current assumption is approximately 3 weeks after the first batch.

Everyone who has been waiting still qualifies for our points rewards, which turn into discounts as a thank-you for your patience.

We are also still speaking with investors and private lenders so we can release the rest of the outstanding orders and place a large enough inventory order that future customers never have to experience these waits again.

Production is complete. The full batch is manufactured. Every unit that was promised exists right now, sitting finished at our manufacturer.

Testing is underway on the finished batch. Same standard as before. Independent verification of ingredient accuracy, dose precision, purity, and potency. We are not shipping a single unit until those results come back clean. We scrapped a batch before for exactly this reason and we would do it again.

What is left is the final payment to our manufacturer and the sea shipment to the US. Once that payment clears, the batch moves. Once it lands, we fulfill every order domestically and your package reaches you in 2 to 5 days.

Here is the part we are not going to hide from you. We built our cash plan around this launch and we offered full refunds to anyone who wanted out. A lot of people took that option, which was their right and we meant it when we offered it. That was our miscalculation to make, not yours. The result is that the final invoice is taking us longer to cover than we planned.

We are working on it actively and we will tell you the moment it clears. We are not asking you to fund a gap or wait indefinitely. Your refund option is still open, still full, still no questions asked, and still available right up until your order ships and for 30 days after you receive it. If you want out, reply to your confirmation email and we will process it.

Once the batch is finished, it heads straight to sea freight. That leg takes about 4 weeks before the product lands at our domestic fulfillment center. From there, your order ships to your door in 2 to 5 days.

Total time until it shows up at your doorstep: about 6 weeks from today.

We told you that was the plan. The honest truth is the US pricing made it impossible to deliver the product at a price that works. So we went back to a manufacturer who can make it right, at the doses we promised.

That product is coming by sea instead of air. Air freight would blow up the cost and we are not passing that on to you. Sea takes longer to arrive, but once the batch lands, every order is being fulfilled domestically. That means your package reaches you in 2 to 5 days instead of sitting in customs from overseas. The wait is on the front end. The delivery to your door is fast.

We know that is still a wait. So here are your options:

Stay in: You do not need to do anything. Your order ships by July 31 and we will email you tracking the moment it moves.

Want out: Reply to your confirmation email and we will refund you in full within 3 to 5 days. That option stays open right up until your order ships and 30 days after you receive it.

We would rather lose the sale than lose your trust. We would rather tell you the unglamorous truth than give you another optimistic guess. The product you are getting is the one we actually stand behind. That is the whole reason for the wait.
