We're building something that didn't exist six months ago, and we've hit the problem every real product company hits: demand showed up faster than capital did.
You already know the shape of it if you've ordered from us. We've had manufacturing delays. We walked away from a manufacturer who couldn't hit our dose. We shipped late and we told you why instead of hiding it. That decision cost us money and it cost some of you patience, and we'd make it again.
Here's where that leaves us. Every batch sells out before it lands. We're funding production out of pre-orders, which means we're permanently one batch behind our own demand. The way out is capital. And we'd rather get it from the people who already believe in this than from a lender who's never touched the product.
So we're exploring opening a community investment round, to customers first.
